Individual counselling is a relationship that is working towards what is best for you.  A place to explore feelings or thoughts or experiences that you may not feel able to discuss with others.  Life can be challenging and things happen that we don't plan for or expect - and even though we try - we can feel stuck - or that people around us don't understand - we can feel anxious, depressed, resentful, trapped, tired, hopeless, sad our thoughts and intensity of our emotions can be sometimes frightening -pressures and expectations overwhelming.

Counselling is a place that you - in confidence - can safely explore difficult stories, thoughts, feelings - feel less alone in your struggles and together - seek ways to work through the difficulties  you are facing
